MILLIONS.co is a social commerce and video platform connecting the sports world. The platform works with over 4000 athletes, sports creators & podcasts, gyms, and sports event PPVs to help them build a brand, a channel, leverage fanbase into revenue, and connect with brands and sponsors. The company is based in Toronto, ON.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outbound Email Marketing, Community, & Copywriting Manager at MILLIONS.co. The role involves managing outbound communications, building and engaging the fan, athlete, and other profile communities, and creating compelling copy for various marketing and sales channels. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, engaging with users and profile owners, and creating persuasive copy for marketing and sales materials and product copy support.

Some remote work is acceptable, but the position is primarily located in office in Toronto, ON.

Role Highlights:

• Write amazing, compelling and influential copy. 
• Mastermind and execute end-to-end email, SMS, and LinkedIn InMail campaigns.
• Leverage platforms like Hubspot, AWS Mail, and Twilio to create compelling content and designs.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests across messaging channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to synergize outbound communications and lead generation efforts, consistently achieving quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in community management and engagement
• Epic copywriting skills particularly in sales & marketing copy that converts. 
• Has a proven track record in B2C eCommerce, B2B, or SaaS marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Proficiency in Hubspot Marketing platform
• Ability to create persuasive and engaging copy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in the sports or fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Being obsessed with sports (Eat/breathe/sleep sports) is a plus.
• Have a winning attitude and personality and be able to display confidence to your clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Coachable and hard working

How you'll be compensated

• Options, you are applying to work at a startup where you'll directly be involved in building true value and will have an ownership opportunity to receive the upside of that value
• Base salary of $60K CAD
• Annual Bonus up to $10,000 based on company performance
• Additional Stock options - granted based on individual performance
